The Woods Townhouse Condominium Association

Parking Rules

You are reminded that it is expressly provided in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of The Woods Townhouse Condominium Association that parking of any and all vehicles on the condominium project shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations of the Association. The Association established that all vehicles must be parked in the garages or in designated parking spaces.

In no event are any vehicles to be parked in front of the Units, other than for loading and unloading purposes.

The following rules are specific to these Units:

Units 1, 2 and 3: The first three spaces to the right of the trash dumpster are reserved for Units 1, 2 and 3. Each Unit has an assigned space. Any other vehicle must park to the left of the trash dumpster. These spaces are on a first come basis. Limit the vehicles in this dumpster area to no more than two vehicles per Unit. If they are full you must park in one of the nine spaces east of Unit 2 1, near the entrance.

Units 4 through 21: All vehicles must park in their designated garages. Any other vehicle must park in the spaces to the left of the trash dumpster or to the east of Unit 2 1, near the entrance. There are nine additional spaces assigned for the Woods guests at this location. All outside spaces are on a first come basis. Please do not park in front of your Unit except for loading and unloading purposes.

Units 10 through 15 may park in their driveway provided they do not obstruct the adjacent Unit's access to their garage. Please be advised parking in your driveway will hinder snow removal of your driveway.

All Units:

1.          Please do not double park or park behind another vehicle. Double parking obstructs access to and from other Unit's garages.

2.          When it snows, please move your vehicle by 9:00 AM every morning. This will allow the snow plowing operation to clear and open up parking spaces. All vehicles must be moved every 24 hours when it snows.

3.          No vehicles under repair, mobile or motor homes, boats, trailers, recreational vehicles, commercial vehicles or trucks larger than one ton trucks shall be left on the property.

4.          No vehicles leaking any fluids shall be left on the property. Vehicles leaking fluids must be repaired or removed.

5.          Abandoned vehicles will be towed.

6.          SLOW DOWN UPON ENTERING THE COMPLEX, THE SPEED LIMIT is 10 MPH.

If you have special parking requests for events, please contact the manager.

Violations of these parking rules will be enforced by notices and if necessary, by fines to the owners.
